PUBLIC NOTICE
PETITION TO LAYOUT A PUBLIC HIGHWAY
On September 29, 2004, at 7:15 p.m. the Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing, in the Community Hall located at 27 School Street, to act on a petition received on July 27, 2004 from High Bank Properties, LLC, 213 South Bennington Road, Bennington, New Hampshire for the layout of Webster Circle as a Class V Town road. [Webster Circle is a newly constructed road that runs south from Union Street.] The public is invited to attend.
