2/27/2024 Public Hearing Notice - Proposed Sewer Ordinance Revision

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Hillsborough Water and Sewer Commission pursuant to the Code of the Town of Hillsborough §181-2 B. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the Hillsborough Fire Department meeting room, 13 Central Street to consider the following amendment to the Hillsborough Sewer Ordinance §181:

To amend the ordinance to establish a System Development Charge for all new and expanded uses.  The proposed amendment can be found at the Commission website:
